In These Difficult Times

In these difficult times,

help others but first, help yourself

As a mother (or a father)

As a daughter (or a son)

As a citizen of the world

The Earth needs you to be well

To be physically well To be spiritually well

To be in utmost alignment with yourself

Because it is only then as we heal ourselves that the Earth can heal

And as the Earth heals we are then truly helping others.

So, in these difficult times help others by first helping yourself so we all can heal together.
