About Us

Your Mindful Tribe is a free and open online space for anyone seeking to practice mindfulness and deep compassion with a like minded community.

Stablished on 2016 with the soul purpose to support MBSR graduates in their mindfulness practice, it is currently a place for mindfulness and compassion practice for people from various global communities including a global community formed by Jon Kabat-Zinn during his online mitigation retreat in 2020.

Sessions are free of charge and meet every week on Friday at 11AM -12:30PM PST - USA.

All sessions are guided by Alex Maizuss.

Alex Maizuss i

s certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Performance Enhancement, Awareness & Knowledge (mPEAK) through the University of San Diego (UCSD).

As a long time mindfulness practitioner and teacher she is dedicated to supporting others in growing their practice and accessing their own resources for mindfulness and self compassion. Alex leads mindfulness sessions in English and Spanish across the globe. She is characterized by her sharp attention, deep curiosity, humble presence, kind sense of humor and natural friendliness.
