Your Mindful Tribe is a growing online community and nurturing space to support mindfulness practice and the cultivation of deep compassion. We offer weekly group online learning sessions, guest speakers, when available, formal, and informal practice. We will always provide this support for free with kindness and love so we can contribute our part to building a more compassionate world.
